Platinum – A one-time fee of $500 in membership dues.
Gold – An annual fee of $100 in membership dues.
Silver – An annual fee of $50 in membership dues.
Bronze – An annual fee of $25 in membership dues.

Dues apply for the calendar year in which they are paid. Members should renew their dues each Dec. 31 to cover the upcoming year. Partial years will be at a pro-rated cost.
